Default poker player arrested at the Wynn

Disclaimer: None of this is first hand and so it may be entirely untrue

Rumors floating around the Bellagio yesterday were that Abraham Gray was arrested at the Wynn poker room yesterday for cheating (marking cards). Apparently gaming comission came in, handcuffed him at the table, and took him away.

Can anybody validate this?

the wynn hi limit is 60-120 and i dont think it goes much anymore, why wouldnt he do it in a bigger game, i can beat any b&M game 30-60 and lower for 4 bb/100 without cheating

Is cheating in a casino actually against the law or just the casinos rules? i.e. if he is actually found guilty of cheating could he face fines/jail time/sth else?

Augie - Congrats.

I had a close-call last night in my PCA-qualifying efforts in the $33-rebuy. But I didn't see you at the final-table so I guess you won a different event.

I heard the same story 10 days ago at Red Rock. My source was a semi-regular at the Wynn 5/10.

He claimed it happend about 2 weeks ago (that'd be right around the start of October).

Once again, 2nd hand info. But the dood claimed he was there when it happened.
