i doubt he would have chosen this hand of all hands but he could have just been looking slim up...no?
definitely a possibility right? if you show you're willing to call with the second nut low, it might scare the [censored] out of slim to bluff frequently. just speculating.

[/ QUOTE ] oh i agree... i'm just saying, couldn't he have just called, rather "donated", just to look slim up. i have no doubt TLK knew he was beat but occasionally even players of that level and the frequency with which they play each other still like to keep the other honest, no? or am i missing your point ZEE  ?and yes, hilarious indeed. the kinda call though where TLK could run the risk of losing any future action from slim.
