datamining at stars is against the TOS and yes, your account will be terminated if you go against their wishes. they will warn you first, however, total compliance would be expected afterwards and if you didnt, you'd be out.

i highly doubt the talk of tools that can be used to mine stars is of use, especially since the only one i've heard of is on their ban list already and will get your account frozen.
