Neteller Card ATM withdraw problem!
Today I used my Neteller card at a bank ATM, and withdrew 400 USD. However, the machine never spat out my money, it gave me a receipt and my card back, but never dished out $$. The bank reps said they dont service the atm, that I had to contact my bank (Neteller) and then fill out some form so they can check with the ATM people whether it spat out the money etc, then it will be put back in my Neteller account. Has anyone ever had to deal with this hassle before, and can you give me instructions on what to do? Thanks!

You must be in the US.
Neteller relies (relied) on a US bank to manage/exceute the NetellerCard program. I can't recall the name of the bank, but, when you signed up for the card, you would have seen it if you read all the info. Anyway, since US banks can no longer transact with gaming or gaming related sites, the bank has stop partnering with Neteller. Hopefully, you don't have more than that $400 on your NetellerCard. BTW, with all the crap taking place over the past week or so, I'm surprised you're not checking Neteller's site often for updates. I hope you get you money. Good luck.

This happened to me before with my bank debit card, basically the atm machine ran out of money. It happened twice, one time the bank did not reimburse me, the other time I got my money back but it took a week or two.

Hi. Don't worry about this issue. You will get your money in aprox. 1-2 weeks, if everything is as you described.
The bank has tools to check if there is money that the ATM says has been withdrawn but hasn't been delivered. They just need to check the ATM real balance in order to give you your money. HOwever, as neteller relies on the ATM network as soon as you withdraw money from the neteller to your card, they need to ask the bank to do this tracing. This is a common problem in ATMs. Email NETELLERcard @ neteller.com and they will get to you soon. Don't panic. This will be solved. EDIT: the new legislation has nothing to do with this.
