Default 100NL: how much would you put in pf with AKo

Say your in early position in a full ring game, you're dealt AKo you raise 4xBB then someone makes it 12xBB. You are both deep stacked and you have no knowledge about this opponent. What's your play?

Also have much does the reraise have to be for it to be not profitable? Since you hit your hand 32.4% of the time would it simply be more than 32xBB?

are you out of position or was it one of the blinds that re-raised you? I'd definitely just flat-call in position but it depends if you're out of position.

how deep? the deeper we are the more often im 4betting. Thinking about hands as having certain values like 32bbs is a bad way to approach the game IMO. Against certain opponents this is a fold and others a raise, you simply cant make a generalization based on the cards.
