increasing my deposit limits at stars!! (help)

After being a Party loyalist for 2 years now I have finally switched to stars. While some of you may prefer the software and games...the support is most definitely inferior. There is no online phone support and their email support seems to be backed up as well.

So I come to you looking for true wisdom...While we can argue about the necessary bankroll for limit games, we can basically all agree that it is somewhere between 250-500bb. That being said, the 10-20 was the main focus of my attention at Party but for some reason my 30 day deposit limit at stars is $2000. Am i stuck grinding at 2/4 for a month or is there a way to increase your deposit limits? PLEASE ADVISE

hmmmmm. just throwing a shot in the dark out there.....maybe you try e-mailing them?

Emailed them last night and asked them to raise my deposit limits with Neteller to the max. Now its 10K per day, 20K per week, and 50K per 30 days. It only effected Neteller. All my other limits are the same. You need to email them from the email address connected to your account.
