Cashouts from Planet Luck/ Starluck since 10/13?

Has anyone's cashout on or after 10/13 hit their neteller yet?

I made a cashout from starluck on 10/12 and had my money by the next day. I made a cashout from planet luck on 10/13 and still nothing.

My brother made a cashout from both on 10/13 and he hasn't received anything from either one.

Just wondering if anyone has been paid lately.

I have two cashouts pending from Pacific. One on 10/16 and one on 10/12. The earlier one is listed as 'Processed', while the other one is 'In Process' on the cashout history screen. So far, no money has hit my Neteller account.

I am concerned, but I see that there was a 3-day delay in a previous successful cashout.

I initiated a cashout on the 10/12 (or early morning 10/13.

Same thing from Planetluck... withdrew on late Friday night. I've talked to C/S several times, and they assure me its on its way though.

Just talked to C/S again, and they're claiming it's because of all of the US cash outs.

the 14th and 15th was a weekend, perhaps this played into it? cherry's cashouts are "one business day", but took from friday to monday to hit neteller. no real biggie, but then again, online casinos are open every day, so isn't every day a business day? they do business on weekends, but only in one direction it seems...
