Default just how much variance in the absolute games?

1/2 short. For 200k hands 1.3 BB/ 100 winner.
Last 100k+ hands I've lost over 800BB's. That is over the course of 2.5 months.

stats? 23.27/16.3 attsb 29.23%.

For those playing at absolute SH what kind of variance are you guys going through?

just a thought.. there's a bigger than normal chance that 300,000 hands at 1/2 + constant winnings from rakeback and bonus have made you too complacent. i bet you haven't gotten any better over the last 100k hands and you probably don't pay as much attention at the tables as you used to.

Miles- I've been playing the same style I have always played. During the bad streak I had tightened up a bit and maybe that just made the downswing worst. But lately I have amped up my stealing ranges and am defending my blinds more aggresively.

Maybe this is a wake up call to play less tables and to concentrate on players tendencies rather than depending on hud's. ALthought at 1/2 you see the same players day in and day out and the table dynamics aren't changing all that much.

Thanks for the response.

dont take this the wrong way, but if ur making a thread about an 800BB downswing at 1/2, the thread title should have less words like "variance" and more words like "help my game is a train wreck"

800 BB downswing = you suck at poker or rake is unbeatable or something.
