standard homegame Bad Beat leads to some real carnage

At my regular game yesterday, I flop two pair with Jd10d and my buddy picks this oppourtunity to run a big bluff. He goes runner runner to redraw to a higher two pair with K9 but whatever, I needed to leave anyway, so I say late and bail.

I get in my car and drive off. I stop at the intersection of Beach and Slater in the turn lane. The pedestrian light turns green and two mexican riding bicycles start to cross from opposing sides of the intersection. About two feet from each other they figure it out - its a good idea to look forward when you are riding. Too late. One guy crabs it to the left, the other guy drills him straight in the leg and then proceeds to fly over the handlebars.
