Default AK in SB with small stack complications, Button goes AI. 50NL

Villian is TAG between 20 and 24 VPIP on 2 tables with PFR of 8-10. He makes some mistakes so...

No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.25/$0.50
5 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $108.50
CO: $51.05
Button: $44.35
Hero: $49.50
BB: $8.25

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG calls, CO folds, Button raises to $2.25, Hero calls, BB calls, UTG calls.

Meh, I usually reraise here to a possible button raise but Villian usually plays good cards.

Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($9, 4 players)
Hero bets $9, BB calls all-in $6, UTG folds, Button raises all-in $42.1, Hero ...

4 players, I bet pot hoping to take it down here. I don't really have that great a hand so I'm not a big fan of the c/r here. Shortie calls so I'm hoping everyone drops and then button overbets. The overbet is either a set, AK, some pair + FD. But, looks like an isolation play vs the small blind to me. Without shortie, I muck this easy vs villian. Can I call this?

Do you believe villian is capable of pushing TPTK here? I'd be willing to fold here.

you beat so you can fold pretty easily here.

I'd curse and fold.

I also reraise preflop, but I 3-bet a lot more than most people from the sb/bb so take it as you want.

standard fold in my book.

takes notes of what villain is pushing with as we are definitely going to see the SD and adjust play accordingly for the future against him.

If I was villain I am pushing OTT with AK here as your image is probably pretty tight, it looks like you are Cbetting and I would think I am way ahead of shortie often and you aren't calling. Although I'd have KT or a combo draw or something that beats AK more often than not.

I lot of people advocate folding, so it's probably the correct play. But couldn't Button push with something like TP + FD here? Since we didn't reraise preflop, it's hard for him to put us on AK.

you're beat/chopping so you can fold begrudgingly here.

Matrix - I'm running about 28 VPIP with PFR of 18, and haven't shown a hand down except some of my blind hands.

Villian should assume I can lay down TPTK here but who knows. He may be on autopilot.

Homeslice - yes - will push with TPTK, set, and combodraw.

Agamemnon - A lot of people recommending it doesn't mean its absolutely right...but I'm strongly leaning toward a fold here.

xwillience and wolfram - yep, I'm behind his range. This is a call only if I can put him on a flush right?

OK...I'm actually Button or Villain in this hand and it comes to my attention that "Hero" in this hand is also 2+2 and respected poster.

So then, Its obvious that Hero calls...or else I don't know his cards.

FWIW, I pushed with KhQh expecting a fold...obviously my image is not what I hoped.

While shocked at the call, looks like a good read as I respect "Hero's" posts.

The table thought the push was humorous/bad as I did not improve.

I am unsure if Hero knew villain is 2+2.

I view my push as standard. Anyone disagree?

FWIW, I think Wolfram used the word begrudgingly in a really weird spot here.

OP, I put "you" (Villain) on the correct hand, which I find amusing, because I was drunk when I wrote the post, and I'm drunk right now.
