I probably shouldnt have been the first guinea pig, but oh well. I can't get it to work at all, the tables arent being recognized, and no hands are being recorded. Do any particular gameplay settings have to be enabled for this to work?

Are you asking Poker Tracker and Poker Ace HUD to add Bodog support?

Hi Nancy,

the generated hhf will be compatible with Poker Tracker as Beta test is finished. There will be no problems anymore for PT to import them correctly.

We will ask Poker Ace HUD about Bodog support.

It's importing hands fine, but PT is having difficulty with them. Looks like some info is being written wrong in the HH. Where can I send the errors to?

We expected that Poker Tracker would have some difficulties in this early stage. Trying to fix this is the highest priority at the moment.

As you will have noticed DogWatch Handgrabber generates files ending in .err. If you find files like this please email it to dwdesk@gmail.com or report it directly to our forum on our website.

If there are no .err files but Poker Tracker has difficulties mail us exact PT error together with the hand history files.

Kind regards,
DogWatch

So it only works with extremely low microlimits (but not no limit) and we are supposed to trust some person with 4 posts?

Um, yeah.

It works with all Hold'em Tables (not tournaments) and if you visit the website, you'll know that we don't activate them in the beta release.

I don't have time to talk here in the forum a lot, while players are requesting a bodog grabber.

Image we didn't cut it down to low limits and for example the program hangs up while you are a huge favorite in a large pot at the $1000 max NL and for some reasons bodog shuts down while you use our handgrabber. Wouldn't you blame it on us?

This never happened in our internal testings but while we can't be 100% bullet proof we don't want you to take that risk.

Best regards,
DogWatch
