Number of Players on Each Site

I'd be interested to see how many players are on each of the major sites today. I know there's a website that tracks this and I couldn't locate it using the search function.

It should be interesting to see how this thing pans out over the next few weeks as many US players are deciding where to go in the post-Party era.
