i will combine it with www.alljackpots.com which has the same offer and treat it like a twofer described in other posts.
edit: at vegaspalms they give you an extra 10% up to 100$ when your first deposit is made with neteller!!!

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all deposits must have a play-through of at least once (1), before a promotional bonus specifically related to that deposit will be credited.

Its cashable..he just called it a sticky type because you end up betting your whole deposit+bonus on one hand.

Well Im american and I was able to get the bonus, and I just won my bacarat bet..4/8 on these now. Hopefully Roulette goes well this time.
