With everyone gushing over Pokerstars, how bout giving some props to Ultimate Bet, a site with the better software and better bonuses, which made their announcement that they were sticking with U.S players much earlier than Pokerstars?

I was gonna say Full Tilt myself - they checked with their lawyers and it's business as usual until further notice -

personally, I have more faith in a site run by poker players - (Dutch being the exception, of course)

I know a while back when they had some reliability problems but their interface and speed of the software is much better than any other site IMO.

I lol'd as well only because I prefer Stars software.

Stars software is alot slower than UB. UB really cranks out the hands. Pokerstars slow speed actually really annoys me sometimes.

UB has its flaws but it's extremely fast and a lot of fun to play on. It's only major downsides is occasionally tables crash, getting HHs is a bit of a pain and you can't resize the tables. Compared to Stars' slow as molasses style, UB wins imo just for the speed.

Especially for HU, UB is the pinacle HU site.

this is untrue. You can resize in a really cool way. Just click on miniview in the bottom right hand side of the screen .
