Default Received email from Crypto regarding check cashout

Got an automated email from ECashDirect (Crypto's cashier service) stating my withdrawal request via check has been received and has begun processing.

The good news is that the balance looks correct and hopefully the check will be here soon enough.

You know, I still haven't heard a peep from Poker Plex, not even an acknowledgement or notice that my account has been closed. Anyone else?

Mine was a little higher than what I thought it should be too. I keep pretty good records and I am fairly certain I verified the amount a few days before they locked us out.

Wonder if its what our MPP points are worth in cash?...

I just got the e-mail, too, unfortunately it was about $500 less that what I should be getting. I called customer service, and they told me the bonuses that I hadn't cleared were taken away from the amount.

My withdrawal amount was always aroudn $800, while the higher number -- the one that included the pending bonuses -- was at about $900 something. The higher number is what is pending and is cleared as you meet the requirments. The lower number is what you can withdraw (and is your money). As I said, my lower number was around $800, but they took all the pending bonuses I had out of that. So I'm left with a $500 ass raping.

Had I withdrawn the night before, I would have been able to cash out the full 800.

Here is how Interpoker works:
Deposit $100 in June, $100 withdrawal balance, $200 account balance
Deposit $100 in July, $200 withdrawal balance, $400 account balance
Deposit $100 in August, $300 withdrawal balance, $600 account balance

Say you play in September and lose $150 of the account balance but clear one bonus. You would have a $400 withdrawal amount and $450 account balance. The $400 is yours to withdraw, and if you withdrew it before the "ban," you would have been able to take it all out, no problems whatsover. But now, after the "ban", Interpoker is taking all of the pending bonuses out of the remainging balance. That is unfair and totally against how they did it before. They are ripping people off.

Is this happening to anyone else?

In Crypto you have 250 $ withdrawal amount and $450 account balance. 200 $ bonus is still pending.
