Default 25/50 river bluff?

Effective stacks 5k. 10-handed. Folded to me on the button, I make it 200 with JhJ, SB pops it to 775, BB folds, I call. SB is a decent multitabler.

Flop Kh9h8, 1600 in the pot.

SB checks, I check it through.

Turn 5h, 1600 in the pot.

He bets 1000, I call.

River A, 3600 in the pot.

He checks, I have 3000 behind. Shove or check through?

I should add that he insta-checked the flop, so use that however you want.

What kind of hand do you put him on here? Checking it through is the obvious move and the first thing I thought of, but I'm not sure if it's the right one.

I think its very likely you will get picked off on this river. It seems way more likely he will 3 barrel with air then give up on the river. Check it down.

ok, but this comment and advice are contradictory...
him pushing the river w/ air is an argument FOR betting.

I think he meant that if he weren't planning on calling a bet he would have pushed himself. But I don't really think that's likely. There must be SOME range that he has (QQ) with which he will neither push nor check/call but will more likely check/fold.

'decent multitabler' doesnt say anything about his reraising range

How likely is villian to fold his QQ? He could have TT or some other small pair. KK and AA seem too unlikely.

Me thinks this is a pretty standard check as your hand will hold up a decent percentage of the time.
