Default can/should anything be done here?

i was driving home from amherst to boston (2 hr drive) and there was this one stretch where it's just one lane in each direction. of course i'm stuck behind some idiot going very slow, and the trail of cars behind him.

so the car in front of me seems to be inhabited by two young brats who are throwing trash out the window. at least 5 distinct pieces of trash deliberately thrown out, one at a time.

first an empty fast food coke cup, followed by another.. then a ball of napkins, then a brown bag..

i am somehow burning up in my car, i just want to ram this car off the road killing all within it. is there anything i can do here? can i call the state police and report this, or is that basically a futile act?

I can't see how you could lose by calling the cops, at least it gives you something to do.

calling state police > ramming car off road

if calling the state police would make you feel better, do it on general principle regardless of expected results

How slow is really slow?

If it's 10 or 15 mph, you could stop your car, quickly jump out and grab one of the pieces of trash, get back in and then call the police. Now you have evidence to back up your eyewitness testimony. Those little monkeyfuckers in the backseat are going to JAIL.

I think you have to ignore it, not much you can do.

The correct move is to call the police (or 911, then when they ask "is this an emergency?" reply, "no, I just need to be transferred to the police, please") and report the [censored]heads.

If nothing can be done about it, they'll tell you, but if you can get a license plate number and are willing to make a statement I think there's enough for a citation here.

d,

Get license plate number.

Track down their personal information.

Kill their families, burn down their houses, kill their friends, finally kill them, etc.
