Just want to make sure I understand who says its immoral for me . . .

Tom Reynolds said he had told Hastert months ago about concerns that Foley had sent inappropriate messages. Reynolds now says he cannot remember exactly when he learned of Foley's e-mails or when he told Hastert about them." A bunch of [censored] lyin' gutless worthless pieces of [censored] who cover up a dirty power-abusing [censored] pervert who solicits minors until it becomes exposed in the media, then try to blame others, convenienty forget things, and blame the democrats for somehow trying to distract the public from the 'real issues' of the upcoming election. What a [censored] nightmare . . . TSP

They built their own glass house by being the party of "family values" and "christian morals" and all that B.S., then of course they try to downplay it when they're shown to be hypochrites. "Oh, blah blah, the Democrats are naughty too" - well of course they're naughty, they idolize the Kennedies who drink and bang pages all the time, but they don't act all superior about their "character".

[/ QUOTE ] Knowing about it for at least a year, and up to 6 if you believe some people and not having the guy resign until a newspaper finally prints what they find out about it isn't downplaying it? Or is it the refusing to acknowledge that you knew about it even when your staff says you did that isn't downplaying it?
