$22 wtf QQ Bubble Play am I crazy?

I must be getting too results orientated to even ask this but here goes. Hand converter is down so here is the gist.
4 Handed, small stack has around 1200, other stack has 3000, I have 5400, other stack has me covered with about 5600. Small stack raises all in from UTG, I look down in sb and find queens, I decided to be nice and just flat call. Other big stack then proceeds to go all in, this is a instacall am I correct? Or is there some bubble play stuff I am missing?

What's the blind level here? Anyway, I would have raised/pushed preflop to isolate on shortie. As played, I'm calling as you're probably ahead of both players range, and you have to finish big stack>shortie>you to bubble, and a very good chance at getting first if you beat the big stack

blinds were 150/300

Definitely reraise to isolate, you don't want that BB anywhere near this pot.
