Default Higher Rake Back Percentages than \"Allowed\" on AP and FTP

My affiliate offers me 39% rake back on Full Tilt and my good friend who plays limit gets 39% on Absolute. We receive the payments from the same affiliate. Apparently theres a rule that says that the affiliate can only give 28% but she then pays us out of pocket to make it add up to the 39%. My question is this: is there any way for her to get caught, and us lose this awesome rake back deal?

It wouldnt be life ending, because we already received double the deposit bonuses, 1200, and 1500 respectively, but i would like to keep this deal, so any thoughts as to how to keep it "under the table" as possible? or am i totally safe, and just freaking out for no reason.

This was clever spam disguised as a post. I'll go ahead and say I can't see any way possible that your claims are correct. If I'm wrong I'm wrong but either way the post was spam to begin with. If it sounds too good to be true......

Terms and Conditions are Terms of Conditions, and Full Tilt is 27% and not ANY higher, no matter who you are.... even if you ARE the President!

Not posting about it on internet messageboards would seem like a reasonable first step?

Who cares, that's a crappy deal. I get 100% RB and a quadruple deposit bonus - like yours, my affiliate gets paid 30% from FT and then just pays me 70% extra out of pocket (this is a very profitable business plan for an affiliate). Not only that, if I rake over a grand in a month I get to bone her as an added perk. Can you beat that?

I think it's your affiliate who isn't telling the truth.

This thread is pretty comical.
