Default Strange play

I raise on the button with high cards, bb 3-bets, I call. Flop comes low with a flush draw. BB checks, I get confused and check behind with my high cards. Turn another low card. BB checks, I bet, bb raises.

Now this has happened 3 times the last 500 hands by different people. Is this a new line for flush draws or something? I have folded every time.

FWIW, Its 10/20.

Stop checking behind the flop.

In general when a PFR checks behind and I don't feel it's a "oops I flopped a monster" check behind, I'm check/raising just about anything playable on the turn. Most of the time people will fire the turn if they don't fire the flop.

I usually just check the turn if I have nothing in spots like these. I figure he probably has me beat most of the time even if he missed, and I don't remember to many people folding the turn after taking this line. So why not just take the free card he's giving?
