Default Is this always a set ?

BB is fish, so I didn't mind his call. UTG is 31.3/12.5/4

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.50/$1
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $47.80
linuxrocks: $102.60
CO: $140.20
Button: $83.50
SB: $98.10
BB: $245.65

Pre-flop: (6 players) linuxrocks is UTG+1 with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG calls, <font color="#cc0000">linuxrocks raises to $6</font>, 3 folds, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($18.5, 3 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, <font color="#cc0000">linuxrocks bets $16</font>, BB calls, <font color="#cc0000">UTG raises all-in $41.8</font>, <font color="#cc0000">linuxrocks ??

No, it's not always a set. You're behind a decent amount of the time though. But pushing is probably slightly +EV. Depends on UTG's willingness to felt with hands like AT.

Easy call -- I think the range includes flush draw and weaker A.

No, given his aggression I think this is slightly +EV.
