50/50 he could of slow played teh flush, personally I raise turn to see were I am at or he might of hit the ugly river st8

You don't raise the turn to see where you are at, you raise the turn for value against all the one pair/two pair combinations that might have a diamond draw.

Push the turn.

Push the turn. If he already has a straight or a flush, you're going to have to pay off on the river anyway except for the times another diamond, Q, or T comes on the river. Pushing gets you value from 2-pair, big diamond draws, etc. while forcing out gutshots, small diamonds, and other hands you'd like to see gone.

Edited to say: oh, and bet more on the flop. There are all sorts of draws out there, as well as 2-pair and TPGK combos.

pot the flop.

push the turn (for value) you should never never never never never never ever raise to "see where you are at"

If you flop a set and have 100BB's get all the money in the middle any way you can.

as played instacall teh river.
