Default Do NOT Underestimate Party Poker

Intersting verbiage from the FAQs on Party's website regarding the bill:

"I am a U.S. customer. Can I still deposit money into my PartyAccount?

Until the act becomes law you can deposit money into your PartyAccount. However, if and when the act becomes law, we will stop accepting further deposits from U.S. customers until such time as we offer other products and services to our U.S. customer base for which deposits would be used."

"I am a U.S. customer. What will happen to my PartyPoints?

Not only may you use your PartyPoints in our Players Club store as usual, but we have suspended the expiry of points for inactivity so that your points will remain in your account for use at your leisure. If these points are due to expire at some point in the future, we will give notice for you to use these points, but we anticipate that other services we may provide would include the ability to accumulate PartyPoints on top of your current balance."

What kind of tricks do they have up their sleeves?

Mass firings of legal advisors and upper management when they realize how pathetic their response was.
