Lmao that was hilarious. I'm pretty sure that was a real chase, only that the cop car was the villain and got busted. I think I remember seeing this live.

I thought it was live, but I wasn't really thinking in the "is this live or fake mode." I've rewatched it, and, I still think it's live. I think it only appears that they are going silly fast. They could easily be going only around 30-35mph, which I think is how fast a good bike rider goes.

Wow, I retract my last statement. The first time I watched it was without sound. Now that I have seen it w/ sound I can tell it's blatantly fake. It looks like it was created by some friends for fun.
I'm almost positive this was based on an actual high speed chase though. But the villain wasn't on a bicycle.

OK, I did some searching trying to find the original video and found this page.

This video is obviously fake, but the originally video is real. The cruiser that crashes in the end is the original perps vehicle dressed to look like a light bar-less highway patrol car. The two yellow trailers were assisting in the stop. The trailer on the right ended up spilling its tank of fuel. This was the end of the chase in real life.
