HU 1K/2K River bet OOP

Probably you are getting sick of TLK posts, but I was wondering what sort of river bet is ballsrider making here:

Is it a value bet - (against K-high?)
a bluff bet - (is TLK folding anything better here esp.when the river doesn't make a flush)
Is it standard?

Is c-c better in case TLK puts him in missed draw and fires a bluff?

Just to add this was one of the first hands of the session so it is less likely (?) balls was tilting or made some 6th level read. FWIW he ended up losing 156K at the end...

Ballsrider puts TLK on any of the pairs etc that he will have to call a bet from on the last street anyway, given the way this game plays, or a hand like JT or KJ or KT. Since TLK can have KJ/KT here and Ballsrider knows his hand could be KJ 8T TJ KT etc quite easily, he knows TLK will call a bet with KJ/KT most the time and that he probably has to put a river bet in anyway.

Also its not worth check calling since all these hands will check behind because they won't get any better hands to fold / win any bets by betting.

As a side note, ballsriders play looks a bit crazy but if you look at his possible river actions, check call looks bad, check fold seems awful for a pair under any circumstances in this game, and bet .. well, there's some equity there...

: Also this is all automatic at table and I bet often BR will be like 'hmm pair he will call with worse bet' and tlk will be like 'hmm i beat a fair few hands here call'.
