cashed out at partypoker but they kept the change
I cashed out at partypoker for what I thought would be my full balance and they kept .97cents... which isn't even enough to sit down at a .02/.04c table!
I know "it's only .97c" but it still upsets me, as I can't do anything with that money. It's just stuck in my soon to be closed account. Re-depositing and playing until I get an even dollar amount to cash out is too much trouble.. and even if it wasn't.. I'm against doing business with party just on principle because I hate their business practices and their software is a bloated pile of fish guts. So what can I do? I've thought about emailing them and demanding 1.03$ so I can at least sit down at a table and either blow it, or turn it into something.. but I really doubt they will do anything like that.. Do they keep everyone's change when they cashout? If so, how is this acceptable? Isn't that stealing? Every little bit adds up, and if they keep up to .99c from every usa player that cashes out they are going to end up with a lot of extra money...

they only cash out full dollar amounts. To get the remaining cents you need to close your account.

I'm guessing you cashed out using Neteller. All sites that I've played on only let you cash out whole dollars to Neteller (Maybe a Neteller policy). All leave the remaining change in my account except Absolute Poker let me request amount with change and kept the change, i got the whole dollar amount in neteller and a zero balance in absolute poker. It was $0.25 so i didn't bother hunting it down with them.

if you call them and cash out over the phone they can cash out everything for you. ive done this before but they will say its not possible against rules bla bla bla but theyve done it for me.

It's silly how they let you deposit cent amounts, but not cash it out. I get the feeling that Party's going to earn a free 100k or something when they close all the American accounts.
