600NL - bottom set facing heat
Villain is 32/6 over 200 hands, no other reads on him. No idea how he built his big stack either, it was there when I got here.

Re: 600NL - bottom set facing heat
PUSH IT TO THE LIMIT!
32/6 = won't fold KQ here, or AQs, or probably a slowplayed KJ either. |

sensei, you must play in diff games to me. [/ QUOTE ] I try But seriously, folding here seems way too weak. Calling seems like a bad idea out of position, as it puts us in a tough spot: pretty much committed, but also perhaps scared off by a scare card, and having KQ or something bet us off on a scary river is the last thing we need. So, shove seems to be the best option. |

right, i would never fold, we just seem to differ in how overjoyed we are to get raised here. my reaction is 'jesus christ, sigh', yours seems to be 'all-een baby, free monies! $$$'

Re: 600NL - bottom set facing heat
yves,
I don't think I run great, but I don't really think that has a lot to do with it, the 3/6 is just a very passive game. By far his most likely hand here is AT. |

Re: 600NL - bottom set facing heat
I always shove here, your almost never drawing to 1 out if you happen to be beat.
The open raise was in the C/O and almost any competant 6max player reraises PF with JJ QQ KK. So shove and expect to stack KQ KJ maybe a bad QJ, sometimes run into AsTs, but don't let that second guess your play. Andrew |
