The just recently deceased management expert Drucker said:
"The customer is the business." Not the investors. Not the goverments. Not the suppliers. As you all know some sites very selfishly abandoned their very loyal customers rather quickly. While others have had the sense of loyalty to hang in their for their customers even if it meant that they would suffer in some way. What's the best way to create a master list of the non-loyal sites and loyal sites, so that the customers know exactly who to avoid at all costs in case they come back? There has to be some kind of organizational mechanism in which ALL poker forums would put a sticky on this list of non-loyal sites to avoid at all cost for years to come? Not just forums but blogs as well. Could a player organization be created to insure this? |

If your seeking loyalty from businesses in the present day era, you are going to be looking for a very long time. Businesses act in the way that they feel is most beneficial to themselves, bottom line. The businesses that are hanging around are doing so because they feel that is their best financial and most beneficial option at this current time. Don't get tied up with the idea of loyalty because they'll stab you in the back if its convienant to them |
