Free Card Play That with Missed Draw (LC)

Suppose I flop an open-ended straight draw and someone leads out in front of me. I raise and get a free river card.

What should I do if I still missed my draw? Do I bet out or check behind?

2. Your high card strength.
3. The number of people still in the pot.
4. How often you think the other guy(s) will fold.
