I am starting a new biz and want to hire someone to make calls for me 4 hours per day. Does anyone know of any software where I can load a database in and it will pop up on a screen for my caller to call. If somebody wants them to call back at a specific time, they punch that in and it will prompt them. I know, this could be done with CRM software but I am wondering if there is anything specificaly for telemarketing.

Sales software handles this. The names escapes me at this particular point. Planning/networking type stuff.
