Today was trash day. I brought in my garbage can and there is another bag of their [censored] in there.

What do I do this time? Call cops again or go over there and throw it at them? I don't think their name is on any of it, only the address.

What did the cops say/do last time? Just take it out and leave it on their doorstep.

They said they couldn't cite them because their name wasn't on the mail, only the address. He said he would go over and tell them to cease and desist.

Put the garbage leaning onto their door with a note. Very simple. Leave a note on your garbage can saying it is not a public garbage can. My guess is the cop went to their house, never spoke with them, and they have no idea it was a private can. If they still do it, then it becomes war.
