Paradise tracking ISP's

I just opened the paradise poker client and noticed at the top it says: ParadisePoker.com Lobby (connected from ... my isp here)

This is the first time I have noticed this. Is this something new or in any way connected to recent legal developments?

All poker sites track your ISP at all times. Paradise for some reason has decided to show u that it really does. Maybe to scare off scammers?

It has been there for years. Nothing new.

(And to be specific, it is reporting your IP address, not your ISP [Internet Service Provider].)
