Default Party Poker getting desperate?

Recently Party Gaming blocked my account and banned me from Party Poker.

Not because I violated any rules or broke their terms and conditions, but because I wrote something in a danish pokerforum they did not like.

My money were refunded to my bank, but when I asked them what would happen to all my Party Points, they wrote that it was too late for that.

I then emailed them twice asking what they ment by that, without getting an answer. Finally they wrote back and said that I could select something in their shop that corresponded with the value. Problem is, I can't acces the shop now that I don't have an account. Neither do I want any of their stuff. I was saving my points for something better than some shirts and a pair of sunglasses.

So I mailed them again, requesting that they exchanged the points to money, but they have refused to answer me, even though I have sent the email severel times...

What in the world is going on with them? Now they ban people for writing stuff they don't like, and refuse to reimburse them their party points back.

Can they do that?

They still have to treat their customers with respect, no matter how many dollars they earn each year.

I have criticized the [censored] out them in this forum, but I would never give my screen/account name when doing it because they would for sure retaliate. It's just not smart when you can make anonymous commments.

This seems pretty damn hard to believe, any proof?

I would like to tell you about what I wrote. But I am certain it would deter the discussion completely away from the main issue, that they banned me and then ignored my later requests to get some value from my - now useless - Party Points.

Only believable if your post was about colluding or multi-accounting or something like that.
