Just got this e-mail from Stars:

Presumably only people who tried to cash out and the cash out failed for some reason.

Maybe you should contact cashier@PokerStars.com
for further information?

Thanks Gregg777 - did you also cash out on 10/2? I cashed out a few days before that as well and it went through fine, just like always (until now).

I e-mailed cashier@PokerStars.com before my OP and am awaiting a reply.

It's a returned cashout. This can happen for several reasons, most likely is that it was a hanging cashout that you requested when NT were down for maintenance.

Alternatives would be withdrawing to an account that doesn't exist, for example.

Mine went through fine on Monday evening (still no funds as of Wed a.m.)--I had a similar problem and it dealt with the source I was x-fering to (originally funded w/ Firepay, had a dormant account for a while before withdrawing and changing my email address).
