I get the impression that people aren't 100% sure one way or the other, but i haven't seen a definitive answer. what do people think? i just want to know when to have my last marathon session @party

I have heard Bush will sign bill within 7 days...
Other sources say up to 2 weeks, but I believe it will be sooner from what I have heard... THE SHRINK |

[/ QUOTE ] So what is the rule with a pocket veto anyway? I thought that if Congress adjourned before the 10 days were up without the bill being signed then it is effectively vetoed. Not that there is a snowball's chance in hell that this will get vetoed in any fashion. |
