Default 200NL 6max reraised pot

Villain is one of the requlars, stats 20/15. I think he's pretty solid, usually makes the right moves in big pots etc.. I've played some horrible hands with him some time back, so he might think I'm a bad TAG (can't blame him for that...) Maybe he's even someone from here.

Still continuing my everlasting adventure in playing reraised pots, lets hear some ideas...

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
Hero: $219.40
UTG+1: $261.75
CO: $463.50
Button: $202.30
SB: $537.10
BB: $213.80

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Hero raises to $7, UTG+1 calls, CO raises to $31, 3 folds, Hero calls, UTG+1 folds.

Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($72, 2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $44, Hero...

That's a good question, since I had no idea of his reraising range. I'm pretty sure he knows my pre-flop stats are around 21/17 if that's any help.

surely if you've played with him a lot (as it appears you have) you have a good handle of how often he rr pre or if you've seen him show down weak hands after 3betting?

whats his sn btw?

Well, you can't call preflop and fold that flop. If you call the board can only get worse, seeing a J or Q would really suck. I push.

What does this mean?

I often want to get all my money in here, but it absolutely matters HOW.

If hero open pushes, for example, he wouldn't be happy at all about a call most of the time.

Top two is always an awful hand for AK in RR pots vs. decent players, because you only smoke exactly one hand: AQ.

Ask yourself how much action you get from QQ here.

I see it like this:

Villain is never giving us a showdown for anything less than stacks if he has us beat. He is not firing at this pot twice with QQ/JJ anyway. If we call and he has AQ, he will check behind turn and may even fold river allthough unlikely. As I write, I'm almost in the process of convincing myself that we can call flop and fold to a big turn bet, but I don't know if I'd manage to do that. I do think the chances of stacking AQ are slightly better with a push, but our range for that move should be identical so there really isn't any logic behind it.
