Default Intercasino, Will Hill, Littlewoods casinos

Have all 3 of them stopped taking bets from US players? I've been out of town for a while and I can't keep up. Thanks in advance

Cryptologic has suspended ALL US-based accounts effective today. If you are from the US, you will not be able to login to any of them. If you had a balance, it will be refunded to you by check -- with the exception of William Hill, where you can go to their website, login, and initiate a cashout.

Due to the imminent passing of the Federal Unlawful Gambling Enforcement Act on September 30th 2006, InterCasino are no longer accepting wagers from residents in the United States. We regret to inform you that from 11am EST on 3rd October, 2006, we have closed all US gaming accounts.

However, please rest assured that we will give back the remaining balance to all our US players, minus any uncleared bonuses. This will be done by check in the next 3 to 4 weeks.

I would also like to explain why we stopped US players from receiving their bonuses on Sunday afternoon. We felt strongly that it would be unfair for US players to obtain a bonus only to be told they could not play two days later. It is for this reason that we felt it was the right thing to do, to stop bonus payments to players in the US and most importantly to tell all our players immediately.

As the world’s oldest and most respected online casino, we very much hope in the months to come that the USA will see fit to license and regulate online gaming so that we can once again service our US clients. In the mean time, we look forward to continue providing a great service to all our current and future Non-US customers.

As the world’s oldest and most respected online casino, we will be celebrating InterCasino’s 10th birthday on the 23rd November 2006 with our loyal International player base and we have a great birthday surprise in-store for next month.

We apologize for any inconvenience and express our sincere thanks for your continued support.

Yours truly,

Ryan Hartley
Casino Manager

This is messed up. I deposited $100 on 10/1, and lost half of it. I bet real big on let it ride. I wasn't too concerned, since it was bonus money anyway. I didn't know you were going to close my account, so I was in no rush to finish clearing. Now, you're going to close my account and take back the bonus you gave me? That really isn't right. You should at least give a few day's notice to the players who have uncleared bonuses, to give them a chance to clear. Either that, or give me back my full $100 deposit, plus what was in my account before.

chop, the bonus was not there to be used as risk free money. complaining to a casino manager about not letting you bet with his money is like preaching to the choir.

No, but it isn't right to give someone a bonus, let them gamble and lose it, then take it back out of their own money two days later, with no warning what so ever. That is shady as hell.
If they were gonna ban me, they shouldn't have given me the bonus. Since they did give it to me, they should give me a chance to clear it.
