Default Not that anyone cares, but Spin Palace and Ruby Fortune are out.

Dear XXXX

I regret to inform you that, in line with our terms and
conditions, we are forced to close your casino account,
XXXX, with immediate effect.

This is due to uncertain legislation in your state with
regards to online gaming.

Please note that any funds in your account balance greater
than $20 will be refunded back to you via a payment method
of your choice.

On behalf of all at Spin Palace, I thank you for your
loyalty up to now and we hope to be able to provide you
with a premier online gaming experience sometime in the

Sounds to me like, if you have less than $20, well then, FU.

Edit: I guess this is their location if that makes any difference: FGH (Acquisitions) Spin Limited, 1 Mapp Street, Belize City, Belize

Note the reference to your state ... quite likely they are only closing out players who reside in states that have passed legislation specifically prohibiting online gambling, since being on the receiving end of a financial transaction from online gamblers in such states now becomes a federal crime under the UIGEA.

If they were closing out all Americans, I expect that they would have worded it differently.

I'm glad I did Spin Palace back when they had their 100% match up to 300 GBP now. Not to brag or anything*, but I ended up running hot there and cashed out about 1250 pounds too.

Yes - they were acquired by Fairground Gaming (FGH on the LSE AIM) a short while back.
