Default $100nl how should kk be played here?

Should I try and get it all in preflop here? After the one player goes allin and theres a caller should i flat call, raise, or go allin? It seems to me that a raise would just build the pot as if I raise any significant amount I would have put close to half my chips in. Any advice on how I should have played this preflop?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) internettexasholdem.com

MP ($106.80)
CO ($125.95)
Button ($113.25)
SB ($18.40)
Hero ($125.85)
UTG ($23.65)

Preflop: Hero is BB with :kh, :kd.
[color=#CC3333]UTG raises to $5</font>, [color=#666666]1 fold</font>, [color=#CC3333]CO raises to $10</font>, [color=#666666]2 folds</font>, Hero calls $9, [color=#CC3333]UTG raises to $23.65</font>, CO calls $13.65, Hero calls $13.65.
