ZOMG I JUST BOUGHT A HOUSE
We put the offer in Friday, and we just found out that we got approved for the mortgage (which not a lock by any means).
So, as long as the home inspection goes well tomorrow, I'll be the proud owner of a 3 bedroom semi-detached in Oshawa, Ontario. Yay me We have some pics, I'll post them when I get home. This is entirely unrelated to POG, but you should keep it here anyway. |

Re: ZOMG I JUST BOUGHT A HOUSE
We have no garages.
It's the best semi-detached I've ever seen. Our door faces east, there's faces south, and we attach on our west wall, and the backyard. My wife thought it was fully detached the first time we saw it, because we didn't go around to that side of the house. |

Re: ZOMG I JUST BOUGHT A HOUSE
congrats zurv. first home i take it? its an awesome feeling. of course, you already had a kid, so nothing will trump that. still good tho, until you look at how much of your mortgage payment goes toward paying interest...
