Default Pokerstars FPP\'s

Friday I arranged for Pokerstars to purchase $700.00 in gift cards in exchange for FPP's. They were supposed to place the order yesterday. The transaction was not confirmed and I sent an email to the FPP manager and another to support and I failed to receive a response.

Has anybody had any contact or dicsussion with PS regarding liquidating FPP's? Anybody at Pokerstars want to reassure me that this matter will be handled in due course?

Pokerstars I know you guys have a lot on your hands and you have always been more than great to me. Any info on FPP transactions would be appreciated.

Regards and regardless of which way your business decisions fall thanks for running a great site.

Jim

After 3 great years at PokerStars, I must say the customer service treatment I've seen since Friday has really sucked, particularly wrt redeeming FPPs.

I feel like they all know they're losing their jobs and taking it out on players.

I'm sure things will work out, but f'em anyway.

I'm sure every player on the site has sent something to them asking the same questions. They don't know what is going on but they are sure to be out of a job in two weeks. Kinda tought to be "on top of things". Put yourself in their shoes. Are you going to be real eager to fill the orders for stress stars?

I ordered a couple Amazon Gift Cert. a couple hours ago, and received the confirmation email within minutes.

I agree 100% ... however, I have 90K+ points to redeem and could do without the sarcasm from PokerStars CS.

The only thing you can do is start spending, the sooner the better. The site might not exist in two weeks. I went on a shopping spree tonight at both party and stars.

lol, always rely on microbob to set things straight, nh sir...

But seriously, this sentiments stated in this thread is prolly what a LOT of stars/PP players are thinking right now. I have no doubt that there is a big run on FPPS at this moment and stars support is being overwhelmed. Give it times guys, they are not going to do anything crazy. This is a multi-billion dollar company known for the best support in the biz.

This is a pretty vague post. Are you talking about Concierge Purchases, or are you talking about Amazon.com gift cards?

I have 166K fpp's...so that's a little over $2,500....I was saving for next years WSOP

I don't really want a 50" t.v....but I'm scared if I don't spend them I'll lose them

What do you think the chances are that if pokerstars does stop allowing U.S. citizens that they'll still allow us to cash out our points?
