Default As long as we have Stars, and semi decent sites we are ok

If Stars and other sites advise the fish how to easily deposit money by not using an American bank (but transfer funds or keep gaming funds in an offshore bank), I think all is not lost.

I fully expect to be notched down a post by the 'Fish won't do this or do that' posts.

What's the difference in difficulty in opening a Neteller account and offshore bank. Very little!!

This is the only way we'll encourage the Government to regulate the industry.

If we still manage to have Stars we'll be doing very, very well.

stars=no rakeback=no steady consistent income for full-time players to pay their bills

Um the difference between neteller and an offshore account is pretty large I'd speculate. I didn't have to ask anyone how to open a neteller account. I wouldn't even know where to start trying to find a safe, reliable offshore banking institution.

Huh? If the only way you're making "steady income" is through rakeback, then you suck as a poker player and should find something else to do.

Yeah, rakeback is nice and all, but I wouldn't rely on it solely as a means of making income (it does help the hourly rate, however)

Why wouldn't we be able to use Neteller? Didn't they say that they were going to continue to do business like usual?
