Pokerstars withdraw problem question-- missing ~20K.

Does anyone know what could've happened to my withdraw? I had about $46,100 in my account and I tried to withdraw down to $10,000. So I clicked on cashier and did a withdraw for $25,000. I looked at my new balance of $21,100 and decided to take out another $11,100. So I typed that in. Then I clicked on cashier-> history and I see three neteller creditback withdraws totaling $16,500. The way it was divided was $9600, $5400 and finally $1500. The problem is that my balance is showing $10,000. I have only $10000 left!

I'm missing a total of $19,500 (my original 46,100 minus the $16,500 withdraw and the $10,000 left in the account). Does anyone know what the problem is?

One possibility is that they only credit back to the account the amount that was deposited via Neteller. (I probably only deposited exactly $16,500 into Pokerstars but I can't check cuz Neteller's down now). However, I'm still worried because there's no record of my withdraw anywhere and my new balance is only $10,000 when it should be showing ~$29,500.

Btw, I've already emailed them and haven't received a reply in the last two hours. Sorry if it seems like I'm overreacting, but wondering if anyone can shed light on the situation. Thanks.

I'm panicking right now. WHy the hell is neteller down??? I need to cash out !!

This is how stars does cash outs. I don't get why, but they take it all out of your poker account, and then give it to netteller in chunks as it gets approved.

but wouldn't it show up as "processing" in the history? The history only shows the 3 cashouts totalling 16,500 instead of the 36,000 that i requested (and subtracted from my balance).

stars credits it back as you deposited it....sometimes there are delays in history...you'll be fine.

did you use fire pay for depositing? maybe portion credited back there.
