Default Any thoughts about how the new Bill will affect Tradesports?

A good chunk of my income depends on very liquid trading on NFL games.

Default Re: Any thoughts about how the new Bill will affect Tradesports?

I received an email from the tradesports CEO this morning:

Dear xxxx,

I would like to update you personally on new legislation that was
passed by the US Congress on Friday 29th September prohibiting financial
institutions from passing funds to internet gambling businesses.

While the new legislation is expected to be signed into law by
President Bush within the next two weeks, there is then a period of 270 days
before financial institutions may attempt to implement. Whether our
Exchange business may be impacted by these regulations is as yet unclear.

Irrespective of what may be signed, whether it may apply to our
business, and its practicalities, your funds and personal details are
confidential, safe and secure. Your funds are maintained in Irish Banks. As you
know, your funds are totally separate and distinct from the company's
own cash reserves.

We would like to confirm that the company's policy on taking deposits
and processing withdrawals remains unaltered.

Should you wish to make a withdrawal now or at any stage in the future,
you will experience no difficulties. Withdrawals are available from the
"My Account" tab on the website.

We understand and appreciate that this is an unsettling time. We would
like to assure you that the company will continue to provide you with a
peerless service.

Should you wish to discuss these issues further, you should feel free
to contact me directly.

Best regards,

John Delaney
Chief Executive Officer
Trade Exchange Network Ltd.
