Default So...basically we just can\'t deposit anymore?

My basic understanding:

We can continue to play with money that we currently have in a poker site, and freely withdraw to Neteller/Firepay and then to our bank account, as long as we don't DEPOSIT any money?

Yes, no, maybe so?

And if Neteller/Firepay are banned, can we still request the poker sites to send us a check, or will that not be allowed to be cashed?

i'm wondering this too. i've read through a lot of the threads here and i'm still not certain what the answer is...
i'd like to leave money on sites if i will be able to cashout through neteller or checks later...but if i dont know that i will be able to do that than i'm definitely cashing it all out now

From the way I interpret things, if the check was drawn from a legal foreign bank, then we shouldn't have an issue. Let's say you w/d from party, party could have the check issued to you from some generic account they have in the UK, maybe something like "Dikshits Intl."

I would be much more worried about the electronic transfer, i.e., neteller --> your bank and vice versa. Credit cards are nearly a dead-issue anyways.

One option might be to request your cash-out in the form of a money order(s). Just a thought
