Fantasy poker coming to a site near you soon
Fantasy sports betting is legal. Poker is a sport.
Pay a monthly subscription fee for the right to enter a certain number of tournaments and SnGs. The site takes there 10% cut and all the rest is paid out to the fantasy poker players. Even the U.S. government can't stop that, since they allow fantasy sports betting on the internet. Seriously, a U.S. based site has been doing this for a while now with no legal repercussions, ie BetZip. Seemingly with the blessing of the government. Poker will always be on the internet for us, in some form or fashion, and money can be made. Fantasy poker with 90% payouts wouldn't be that bad at all. |

still feels like, well tax you at 90% but youll get the keep 10% of your hard earnings, seems too socialistic to me.

I said 90% payouts of the membership fees. Same as what the sites take now.

Another won't work idea. Read the language of the bill. Fantasy sports is only exempted when it is based on statistics of past performance and not subject to chance.
