Unknown like most laws....it isn't decided really in the text of the bill. It will be up to the DOJ to see what can be done the bill gives dated timelines on when they want to see regulations. That time is 270 days.

So a lot of people think that they are just passing this bill for posterity, if that were the case and they did nothing for 270 days after passing the bill what would happen ?
