what was the riskiest place you've played poker online?

I ask because one place just occurred to me.

I'm scheduled to start a trial at the end of October that may take months. I am one of two lawyers for the defendant and there are going to be between 5-8 other defendants. The lawyers will be permitted to have computers in the courtroom, and I expect there will be internet access. Knowing the case as I do, I am sure there will be substantial stretches of time where I am going to be bored silly, as the evidence will have nothing to do with my client.

Of course, I can't help wonder whether I could manage to play some poker. The risk is that, if my client - who would be sitting inches away from me - noticed, he might, for some reason or another, be somewhat irritated (considering that he is facing 10-15 years). Even if he didn't notice, if this came to the attention of the judge I would probably face some kind of disciplinary action.

On the other hand, if someone can tell me that they've played poker under riskier conditions, then it might just be worth it to me. What do you think?
