Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (t1200, 2 players) Hero bets t600, BB calls t600 (pot was t1800). what are the chip counts??? and the buy-in???
if you have a stack, dont raise 3xbb with that garbage, just complete. if you're short, shove it. If you raise pf and he call, then cbet flop and he calls, chances are ur in big trouble, cuz A5 high has you crushed and you have no draw, whereas he may have many. In the way you played the hand, you check/fold turn. IMO Not enough info though, need stack sizes and buyin to reevaluate |

1st off the stack sizes definitely matter. Second off my standard is to raise 3BB preflop here, as you did. On the flop I usually take the same line you took. You absolutely must check/fold the turn.
